It is essential that relevant stakeholders are involved in the survey process to capture all of the requisite information. All parties are therefore invited to meetings where their specific expertise is reviewed. This information is then consolidated into a tried and tested, detailed, but simple to navigate, reporting format, that is acceptable to customers, brokers and insurers alike.

By definition, surveys are international requiring worldwide travel to gather the requisite information. My capabilities span across many industries worldwide with particular emphasis on soft commodities (grains/coffee/cocoa/tobacco/cotton), Hi-Tec, Aviation, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Paper, Plant and Machinery. However the work does not stop there. I am also able to assist in many other disciplines including ; claims survey work, review of contracts, working with lawyers, recoveries and supporting brokers and underwriters to establish the most relevant insurance product offering to their stakeholders.

Having worked in insurance and risk management for 35+ years across broking, underwriting and customer environments, I have a comprehensive knowledge of what all parties are looking for, their limitations and how best to manage risks through gaining buy in from the relevant parties. This ensures all personnel on site respect the reason for the risk mitigation actions and are therefore prepared to act on same. My historical risk recommendation completion rate is over 95%.
